12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! If you know me you know I l-o-v-e Christmas time! You know what else I love? Sending out happy mail! I have so enjoyed your friendships and support in this little space and I’m thrilled to share I’ve partnered up with some of my most favorite small businesses to bring you 12 Days of giveaways.

Starting on Monday, for the next 12 week days I’ll share a different giveaway each day. I’m so excited to introduce you to some of my favorite tools, resources, and treasures! Best of all I’ll get to send them to 12 winners to get to enjoy them in person! Be on the look out for daily postings! There’s no limit so feel free to enter them all. All giveaways end on Wednedsay, December 12 and packages will ship out the following day! Hopefully they’ll arrive in time for Christmas! How super fun is that!?

When I found out I was expecting Sadie bug I knew I would be due around December and quickly offered up a prayer something like, “please don’t let her be born too close to Christmas!” At our first ultrasound appointment I could hardly believe it when the tech said our due date was December 25. WHAT?! no way! Y’all, how in the world?! (I mean, I know, but come on! Christmas Day?!) After the shock and morning sickness dissipated I made a promise to myself and Sadie bug that her birthday wouldn’t get swept up and that her day would be special too. The more I thought about it a birthday near Christmas really is so special. Can you think of a more beautiful, magical, wonderful, love filled time of the year?! We are only 4 years in but so far we’ve fully embraced the Christmas aspect of her birthday and this year was no different! One way I try to make her feel so loved and special is with a birthday tree. We keep a small tree in the girls’ room. It’s decorated with ornaments made to match the themes of her birthday parties over the years. This year I whipped up these sweet gingerbreads to match her sweet celebration last night. Caught between counting down to Christmas and soaking in all the sweetness of the season? Us too! We’re spending our December days reading all the Christmas books we can get our hands on! You can imagine how happy we were when a Christmas edition of Pete the Cat arrived in the mail! As usual, Pete adds his own silly twist but we loved his groovy holiday message of giving! 🎄
