You can use playdough, cotton balls, or anything fun manipulative you can dream up to play. If you laminate the card, you could possibly use the real thing? 🙂 On each card your student will add the additional dollops of whip cream to make 10. They can also write in that number in the empty space in the equation below the pie.

The file includes a whipped cream can tool for fun if your student would like to pretend along with his/her manipulatives.
